Bronze and Steel Glazing by Secco Sistemi
Secco Sistemi is the only systems provider in the world to offer fully certified windows and doors systems in 4 different metals, Galvanised Steel, Stainless Steel, Cor-ten Steel and Architectural Bronze, which can offer unique and naturally living finishes for both modern and historic buildings in double or triple glazed. Venturi UK are the only official UK Agent.
Our ultra slim OS2 profile offers a thermally broken alternative to historical non thermally broken windows (like Crittall) but can be used in both historic and modern buildings alike. With U-values down to 1.3w/m2k this offers a far better thermal performance and as such prevents condensation occurring.
For large elements including large sliding doors our EBE system, which comes in both double (EBE65/75) and triple (EBE75/85) glazed, will allow windows up to 3.7m tall and sliding doors up to 3m high and for openings up to 8m wide, with 2 sliding elements. All the systems are tested to EN standards and offer the best in thermal and acoustic performances (up to 47dB).
Our steel systems are available in three different steel finishes, painted galvanised steel, stainless steel and Cor-ten steel. Available in both thermally broken and non thermally broken, as super thin profiles for historic or listed buildings or for large elements, we can offer a number of profile choices in both double and triple glazing with U-values down to 0.99w/m2k.
The stainless steel finish is available in standard grade 304 or marine grade 316 in a scotchbrite brushed finish and in grade 316 for a polished steel finish all in both our “OS2″ slim system and the “EBE″ system.
Our Bronze OT67 brass alloy can be oxidised to bring out the natural patina or polished to a mirror finish and supplied in a number of systems to suit the project. This finish can be used in a marine environment and supplied as double glazed, triple glazed or non thermally broken systems with U-values down to 0.99w/m2k.
All finished elements are produced locally, by factory trained manufacturers, in the UK following strict guidelines and instructions of the international system provider securing a uniform end of product of the highest quality. All materials used are supplied by the system provider and all standard products are EN tested and come with a warranty of up to 25 years.
